Other Types of Claims
In addition to Personal Injury, Property Damage and Insurance Claims, I am open to other claims for mediation, discussion or facilitation. While having someone with the background in such claims can be helpful, and to that end I have links to some independent mediators and their areas of expertise below (to be added), often being comfortable with the mediator is all that is needed. So, I am available for claims related to issues in employment, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, trucking, construction defect, general construction , real estate, defamation, etc.
The Resolution Process
Insurance claims are often mediated which allows for settlement of the claims on terms and conditions they are agreeable to all involved. If the parties cannot agree, then arbitration, whether binding or non-binding is possible.
